The design emphasizes thoughtfully planned common areas and residential spaces, with furniture, finishes, and layouts selected to create a refined yet functional environment that enhances independence while maintaining a sense of community.

Scope of work included space planning, furniture and finish selection, accessory specification, and final installation.
