This multi-million-dollar, five-story office building in Greensboro, North Carolina is a joint development between the A&T Foundation and Cone Health. Cone Health occupy the first two floors and North Carolina A&T occupy floors three through five.
Our team designed the upper three floors, totaling approximately 30,000 square feet, creating functional workplace environments tailored to the university’s needs.
The scope included space planning, furniture and accessory selection, and coordination of procurement and installation.
